SIGNS OF SPRING February 2025

What an outstanding turnout for the Branford Garden Club at the Hartford Flower Show! Overall, BGC member entries earned six rosettes. Once again, in the floral division, the designs were truly breathtakingly beautiful. In Horticulture, BGC had the most entries of any club in the State! Several of our accomplished members participated either as a Chair (Leslie, Deb, Cheryl, Larry), Judge (Doreen—Landscape Design), Hort Registrar (Cindy E.) or a workshop presenter (Larry), while newer members interested to learn volunteered as hostesses (Marybeth, Mina and Sharon). Susan Hally (Advanced Master Gardener) supported the CIPWG table. There’s something for every skill and experience level. Congratulations to all!
